Circuit and ZVS Analysis of Single-Switch Inverter Multi-Parallel Wireless Charging System

In a single-switch inverter-based multi-parallel wireless charging(WC) system, the LC inverter stage that determines the input voltage is the most critical component. By analyzing zero voltage switch, one can intuitively assess the appropriateness of component selection, and thereby evaluate the rationality of other system parameters. To verify whether these parameters enable efficient circuit operation, a 2.5kW prototype was built. Experimental results show that it can achieve constant current(CC) and constant voltage(CV) output, with ZVS maintained throughout the entire process, and charging efficiency consistently above 80%.
