A Supply Chain Evaluation Model for Green and Digital-Intelligent Development

The transformation and development of green and digital-intelligent supply chains is guided by diversified partnerships and the foundational construction of modern supply chains. However, the establishment of a supply chain value measurement model suffers from the difficulties of effective integration of multi-source data and weak coupling and correlation of multi-dimensional indicators, which leads to unclear relationship of the model on supply chain value transmission. To address these issues, a comprehensive value assessment model based on the combination of intuitive fuzzy set and reputation mechanism for the development of green and digital-intelligent supply chain is proposed. This model offers strong capabilities for handling uncertainty and is highly applicable to multi-dimensional indicator data. Empirical analysis of data from a locally matched supply chain consisting of tower and cable companies reveals that intuitionistic fuzzy sets better integrate qualitative and quantitative indicators, reflecting changes in supply chain evaluation across four dimensions—greenness, digital intelligence, resilience, and performance. Moreover, the reputation mechanism yields more accurate and reasonable evaluation compared to average scoring methods. The results indicate that the proposed model effectively achieves multi-dimensional data integration and indicator coupling, providing critical support for performance evaluation and value quantification in the green digital transformation of supply chains.
