Dual power supply millisecond switching device based on least square fitting

Dual power switching equipment is essential in providing reliable power security, but most of the equipment in the switching power supply when the main and standby switching efficiency is low, damaged equipment and other issues. In this paper, a set of dual power switching equipment based on least squares fitting is invented. By accurately collecting current data and using the digital-to-analog converter to process voltage waveform, the waveform data is analyzed by combining least square fitting and Fourier transform technology. The Microcontroller Unit controls the Triode Altermating Current Switch and relay for power switching. The experimental results show that the device completes the switching of the main and standby power supply within 15 ms, which significantly improves the stability and reliability of the load circuit.
