Electro-Magnetic Field Study on Skin Effect Suppression of Metal/Ferromagnet Superlattice Conductors

The emerging superlattice conductors featuring skin effect suppression are attracting growing interests from domains of chip and packaging level high-speed interconnects and network devices. For the first time, a systematical design strategy is concluded from solution of Maxwell equations, guiding selection of materials and parameters to attain desired suppression band and depth at high precision. Developments of materials and processing technics are proposed to extend upper limits of the superlattices.
