Realization of Fully Digital Parameter-Variable N-Ary CPFSK Modulation System

CPFSK plays an important role in modern wireless communication and digital transmission system because of its strong anti-interference ability, high spectral efficiency and low power consumption. In order to adapt to different application scenarios, an FPGA-based variable CPFSK modulation system is introduced in this paper. The system parameters of the modulator such as code rate, carrier frequency, modulation index and frequency offset are controlled by the upper computer software in real time to realize the CPFSK modulation function with flexible parameter configuration, which has a good application prospect. This method has been applied to engineering practice, and the system runs stably and has good performance.
