Research on the Development of an Interactive Language Learning Platform Based on Artificial Intelligence

This study designed and implemented an efficient language learning platform. The platform combines interactive teaching and artificial intelligence technology to improve learners' language expression ability through text generation and dialogue system. The core algorithm of the platform is based on the Transformer model, which performs well in natural language processing tasks, especially in machine translation, dialogue generation and other fields. Through the improved self-attention mechanism and decoding structure, the platform can generate high-quality text dialogue content to meet the learning needs of users. In addition, this paper conducted a large number of experiments in model training and simulation testing to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system. The simulation results show that the performance of the platform in multilingual dialogue generation tasks is better than that of traditional language learning systems, and the generated text has significant improvements in grammatical accuracy and language fluency. Through quantitative data analysis, the platform achieved a dialogue generation accuracy of 92.5%, while the average satisfaction of users' interactive experience was 87.3%. This study demonstrates the feasibility and prospects of building an interactive language learning platform based on artificial intelligence technology, which can provide new solutions for future language teaching.
