Movie Recommendation System using DBSCAN Algorithm

This paper presents a movie recommendation system utilizing the DBSCAN(Density Based Spatial Clustering of Applications with Noise) algorithm. Traditional recommendation system mostly rely on collaborative filtering or content based filtering. The proposed system addresses these challenges by leveraging DBSCAN to identify dense regions in user-item interaction space, allowing for more robust recommendations. Our model demonstrates the effectiveness of the DBSCAN based approach, getting higher accuracy and user satisfaction compared to conventional methods.
