Research on incipient fault diagnosis method for pneumatic solenoid valve in nuclear power plant

Pneumatic solenoid valves are extensively utilized in nuclear power plants, where their failure can lead to substantial econo mic losses and pose significant safety risks. In this study, pneumatic solenoid valves are selected as the research focus. A model is constructed in DABLib using the DAMADICS data simulation platform to simulate and generate fault-type data. XGBoost regression prediction and XGBoost multi-dimensional time series prediction algorithms are then employed to diagnose incipient faults in pneumatic solenoid valves.
