Summary - This article presents the implementation and evaluation of a virtual assistant developed under the Juntas Contamos, or We Count, program to empower and support women entrepreneurs in Latin America. Utilizing natural language processing technologies and recommendation systems, the assistant provides personalized information on financing and training. The results indicate a significant improvement in access to resources and the empowerment of female entrepreneurs, highlighting the potential of technological tools to foster business growth.
