Optimal design of accelerated life test with competitive failure products based on function transformation

Competitive failure is an important failure mode of products, for high reliability, long life, competition failure products, usually using the method of accelerated test to assess the reliability of the product. In recent years, the competitive index distribution failure product accelerated life test optimization design has made great progress, but the Weibull distribution of competitive failure product accelerated life test optimization design is still in the exploratory stage. The analytical solution is transformed into the constrained extremal solution of explicit function, and the method of explicit objective function fitting is proposed to realize the optimal design of constant stress accelerated life test with competitive failure products. Through the simulation data, it is concluded that the optimal test scheme has the advantages of feasibility, stability.
