Analysis and research on the trade-off between resistance moment and lifting force of power drive unit in civil aircraft cargo system

The power drive unit is an important part of the cargo system of civil aircraft, its main function is to provide power for th e loading and unloading of the container. The resistance moment of the resistance generating device has a direct influence on the function and performance of the power drive unit of the civil aircraft cargo system. In this paper, through the research of the theoretical calculation method of the resistance moment, the theoretical value of the resistance moment is determined, and the theoretical calculation results are corrected by the method of combining test and simulation analysis, and finally the moment value that meets the requirements is determined. At the same time, a new way to increase the effective driving force is obtained by studying the friction coefficient of rubber roller.
