Application of Interactive Genetic Algorithm in Product Human Machine Shape Design System

Currently, China is in an important period of transition from information technology to smart technology. Smart technology with AI at its core is gradually becoming a key driver in accomplishing complex tasks (which cannot be replaced by traditional AI), and the core factor driving this transition is the digital transformation of digital technology and its related fields. Against the background of the rapid development of the new generation of digital technologies, all fields of society are creating more value by digital means, accelerating the digital transformation of industries and the emergence of new business forms. In product form design, the full intervention and strong support of digital technology not only realizes the deepening of the digital process and the continuous reconstruction of the connotation of product form design, but also triggers the successive changes and interpretations of natural properties, conditions and values. This paper explores the application of IGA (Interactive genetic algorithms) in this field, especially how to optimize designs through subjective user evaluation. Experimental data show that IGA excels in improving design quality and user satisfaction. In the experiments, an advanced computer system, 3D scanning equipment, design software and user interaction interface were used for data collection and analysis. Through user ratings and feedback, IGA optimizes the product design. The experimental results show that the initial individual A1, A2 and A3 have ratings of 7, 5 and 8 respectively, where A2 has a lower rating due to poor colour matching. After one round of optimization, the ratings of individuals B1 and B2 improved to 6 and 9, with the significant improvement of B2 indicating that the optimization process effectively improved the design quality. These data validate the effectiveness of IGA in dealing with subjective user evaluations.
