IOT Based Intelligent Slot Allocation for EV Charging Station

Electric vehicles (EV) are widely used for their lesser emission and easy maintenance employing sustainability. This paper focuses on charging of the electric vehicle by allocating slots depending on factors like number of chargers used, availability of power, State of charge (SOC) and Depth of discharge (DOD). With the help of Internet of Things (IOT), power in the source will be compared with required power by the battery. This kind of solution adopts to optimal power distribution and promotes sustainability. This method possibly determines slots in different available nodes for vehicles and the electric vehicle is charged according to the power available.
