Three Phase PLL for Grid Tied Power Converter Applications

In this study, we have implemented a full model of three-phase Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) based on MATLAB Simulink for grid-connected power converter systems. After the PLL, measured voltages are processed by a set of Clarke and Park transformations to retrieve DC steady-state values that can be used to adjust the phase output from an asynchronous concerning an input three-phase signal The PLECS simulation shows the way from input signals all the way to phase angle generation and constant adaptation for optimal synchronization. To interface with the F28069M DSP kit, signal conditionalization is achieved using a summing amplifier and center-tapped step-down transformer in hardware configuration. It has perfect phase synchronization which is required for power electronics and control systems.
