Proposal on Radio Propagation Prediction System Using Quantum Annealers

At present, ray tracing method is commonly used for radio propagation analysis, but calculation time (/amount of calculation) increases to improve analysis precision. Therefore, we have proposed propagation path model (P-QUBO model) for path search which is applicable to quantum annealer. In this paper, the concept of our developed radio propagation prediction system based on P-QUBO model is explained and performance of our system in urban environment are clarified.
