Received RF Amplifier with Bluetooth Antenna

This article presents received low noise amplifier with 2.4 GHz antenna development that uses cascode two stage distributed architecture. Experimental results of the RF integrated LNA exhibit radiation pattern with the proposed Bluetooth antenna. After simulation optimization the L-shaped microstrip patch antenna has been realized by using the printed circuit board (PCB) substrate with SMA connector and experimental were achieved.
