Simulation of low RCS microstrip antenna loaded with artificial magnetic conductor surface

In modern military, new breakthroughs have been made in detection technology, which puts forward higher requirements for the stealth performance of stealth aircraft. The RCS of the antenna accounts for the main part of the overall RCS, so reducing the RCS of the antenna is an important research content in the design of stealth aircraft. This paper designs a microstrip antenna and reduces the antenna RCS by loading a checkerboard-shaped artificial magnetic conductor surface composed of circular AMC units and rectangular AMC units.
