The x-controlled scalor and its applications to network synthesis

The problem of synthesizing linear or nonlinearx-controlled one-ports (wherexcan be a voltage or a current) is approached by introducing the linearx-controlled scalor, a scalor whose coefficients of the transmission matrix are proportional to some other electrical variables. In particular, any parametric network element can be obtained.
