Load Dynamic Modeling for Household Induction Cooker Power Supply

Point of resonant frequency tracking is a key research problem of induction heating power supply, requiring precise descriptions that account for the physical and circuit parameters of both the winding and cookware, as well as their interactions. However, there is no model that accurately describes the load impedance of household induction cooker power supplies under dynamic conditions. To address this issue, this paper proposes a dynamic impedance model based on the eddy current field for household induction cooker power supplies. Through electromagnetic mechanism analysis, the equivalent mutual inductance between the winding and cookware, as well as equivalent eddy current impedance of cookware, are accurately calculated, and load equivalent impedance model of household induction cooker power supply is derived. The experimental results show that the proposed impedance model can accurately describe the impedance change of cooking utensils during movement.
