Development of Incoherent 90 GHz Band SINIS Receiver for BTA Telescope

The results of the development of 90 GHz frequency band planar antenna arrays with integrated detectors based on superconductor- insulator - normal metal - insulator-superconductor (SINIS) structure are presented in this article. The implementation of the developed receiver to the optical Big Telescope Alt-Azimuthal in SAO RAS is proposed.
