Bayesian Optimization of Passive RF Circuits

This paper presents a study on the application of Bayesian algorithm to the optimization of passive RF circuits. We evaluate the efficiency of Bayesian Optimization in improving performance parameters and compare it to commonly used algorithms. The methodology employs Gaussian Processes as surrogate models and acquisition functions for efficient optimization. Experimental results on RF circuit parameters showcase the effectiveness of Bayesian Optimization in handling complex, nonlinear optimization problems.
