A Method for Expert Weight Adjustment based on Evaluation Quality

To solve the problem that the evaluation effect is greatly affected by the subjective factors of different experts, this paper proposes an expert weight adjustment method based on the quality of an expert’s evaluation. In this method, an expert’s reliability is determined according to the quality of expert evaluation, and the expert reliability is transformed into the expert weight. The expert weight is converged by iteration, and the converged result fuses and quantities the equipment effectiveness. In accordance with the method, the pros and cons of each expert’s scoring can be quantified to ensure that the evaluation value of each expert can be reflected in group decision-making without loss, improving the credibility of equipment evaluation.
