Low-cost power electronics controller using F28379D DSP

In this paper, we will explain how to configure and program the 28379D to control Power Electronic system. Full working program is given on GitHub and commented. Advice about PWM/ADC synchronization, interrupt service routine on end of conversion, sampling period choice and computing current controller parameters are given. We will explain why programming in C language using Code Composer Studio is a better approach than using MATLAB / Simulink. Experiments on a low-cost H-bridge and linear R-L load board with current control show the effectiveness of the implantation.
