A Hybrid Local Linear Neuro-Fuzzy Model for Digital Transformation Scenario Analysis

Organizations typically implement digital transformation by creating and assessing several scenarios based on factors that gauge how well the organization aligns with development methodologies. In the decision-making field of digital transformation, where the environment is complicated, it is essential to employ highly effective ways to prioritize scenarios. This article utilizes a hybrid method that integrates fuzzy, neural networks, and metaheuristic algorithms to help decision-makers make optimal choices. In order to mimic the selection process for projects, a hybrid model is created by merging Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) with the Local Linear Neuro Fuzzy System. The study’s findings show that the suggested strategy and the created method produce better and more accurate evaluations.
