Multiple Manifestation of the Earth Crust Structure in the Plasma Parameter by Satellite Data

The fact that dynamic of the ELF/VLF emission reflect the some peculiarities of the Earth crust. It was discovered the appearance of the simultaneous anomalous bursts of noise intensity (0.1-20 kHz) and low energy precipitated electron flows (50120 eV) above Barents-Kara sea region by Intercosmos satellite data (height ~970 km). It is shown, in the deep fault areas ELF/VLF emissions is electromagnetic. Correlation coefficient of the simultaneous bursts of the magnetic and electric component curve is 0.8-0.9. Correlation coefficient of the electron flux and magnetic component curve is 0.6-0.7, of the one and electric component curve is 0.8-0.9. In this time ISS-b Japan satellite was flying above Barents-Kara shelf region (altitude -1070 km). We present the maps of the hydrogen, helium and oxygen ions distribution above South-Barents hollow by Japan satellite. It is established, that area of the observation of the simultaneous low frequency emission intensity and low energy precipitation electron fluctuation coincided with registered region of the light (the hydrogen, helium and oxygen) ions. We suggest, that received results can he connected with two major reasons (causes). This is active development of stretch cracks over deep faults of the Earth crust. The second is presence of the radioactive comtamination in the water layer and in the bottom sediments along west part of Novaya Zemlya islands and along west and south outskirts (boundaries) South-Barents hollow.
