Modeling of the Induction Heating Process of a Pipeline for Industrial Equipment

Today, enterprises are subject to high demands in the field of quality and economy of the products obtained, industrial and environmental safety of the operated installations. Problems with the operation of existing installations for heating water-oil emulsion arise due to the impossibility of smooth regulation of the flame combustion temperature and low automation of the process, and therefore in oil heating installations there is a risk of its coking on the walls of the pipeline as a result of overheating. The use of induction heating systems, which are characterized by high industrial and fire safety, as part of oil preparation installations allows automating the heating process and eliminating emergency situations in the field. The authors proposed a mathematical model of the induction heating process, which allows it to be used in the process of calculating and monitoring the state of the pipeline, which in turn allows avoiding the likelihood of oil coking on the walls and further abovementioned problems.
