Providing Production Control of Heterogeneous Compositions from Discrete and Continuous Flows of Components

This paper puts forward two technological methods for the production of heterogeneous compositions, which guarantee a specified level of quality indicators that cannot be obtained by traditional probabilistic methods of mixing. Accordingly, the study addresses the issues of heterogeneous composition production using batch weighing machines of diverse designs to guarantee continuous and discrete flows of composition components, which are subsequently synthesized into various purpose composites. The specified problem is resolved through the implementation of advanced technological processes of deterministic formation of composite material homogeneity employing a novel class of automatic non-mixing machines.
