Compact Wideband MIMO Antenna with Orthogonal Arrangement for 5G Communication

5G is the new communication world which requires low latency, high data rates and large bandwidth while overcoming the effect of multipath fading. The paper presents the design of MIMO antenna operating at 38 GHz frequency allocated for 5G wireless technology. Four unit elements having swastika shaped slotare placed in orthogonal arrangement which elevates the isolation with overall compact sizeat the mm-wave frequency. The design achieves 1.5 GHz bandwidth with ECC less than 0.0002. The peak isolation is found to be more than 30 dB along with the diversity gain greater than 9.95 dB at the desired frequency band.
