Strategic Stewardship: Assessing the Relationship between Entrepreneurial Leadership and Risk Management in Bahraini Small and Medium Enterprises within Sustainable Engineering Project

This research aims to identify the impact of entrepreneurial leadership (risk taking, creativity, initiative, investing in opportunities and strategic vision) on risk management at small and medium engineering enterprises in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Three hundred and eighty-four enterprises' owners were surveyed through a simple random sampling method. The analysis is based on the outcomes of the questionnaire survey. The researchers hypothesized that there is a positive significant impact for the entrepreneurial leadership (risk taking, creativity, initiative, investing in opportunities and strategic vision) on risk management at the small and medium enterprises in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Results indicated that this hypothesis was accepted. Moreover, the results showed that there were significant differences relating to the impact of the entrepreneurial leadership with its dimensions in question on risk management at the enterprises in question due to the structural variables (size and age), while there were no significant differences due to (activity).
