Design and Application of Human-machine Interaction Interface for CODESYS Electric Drive Tractors

This article applies the design concept of train human-machine interaction (HMI)software in the field of rail transit to electric drive tractors. In order to achieve human-machine interaction HMI functions such as operating parameters, working status, and fault information of electric drive tractors, and ensure stable operation of electric drive tractors, HMI software based on CODESYS software was designed and developed. On the basis of proposing system design, topology structure, and HMI key technology and design, the main interface and subsystem interface were reasonably arranged. Finally, functions such as interface design, real-time data collection, information display, fault recording, and system settings were implemented. HMI meets the design requirements of smooth operation, complete functionality, and user-friendly interaction, and has broad promotional value.
