Model and Algorithm Design for Inter Provincial Interest Balance in Clearing Transactions in Regional Spot Markets

This article aims at the problem of interprovincial interest balance in the clearing of regional spot market transactions, aiming at constructing an effective interest balance model and designing the corresponding algorithm, so as to promote the stable operation and sustainable development of regional spot market. In order to achieve this goal, this article first deeply analyzes the clearing mechanism of regional spot market and the complexity of inter-provincial interest balance, and then constructs an interprovincial interest balance model considering various factors based on actual transaction data. Then, a targeted algorithm is designed to solve the model, and the effectiveness and practicability of the model and algorithm are verified by empirical research. The experimental results show that the inter-provincial interest balance model and algorithm proposed in this article can effectively promote the clearing of transactions in the regional spot market and realize the interest balance among provinces. It is embodied in the rational distribution of trading volume, the stability of market price and the efficient allocation of resources. Furthermore, the model and algorithm have certain adaptability and robustness in practical application, and can provide strong decision support for trading institutions in regional spot market.
