Analysis of Extended Range Strategy Based on Energy Flow Testing Equipment

The extended range strategy, as a key control strategy for extended range electric vehicles, affects the vehicle’s power performance, fuel economy, and comfort, and has significant implications for vehicle development. Therefore, taking a certain model of extended range electric vehicle as the research object, a test matrix is established for the start stop strategy, power generation and other functional modules in the extended range strategy. Based on energy flow testing equipment, testing and analysis are carried out to achieve reverse analysis of the extended range strategy and form a complete extended range development plan. This is of great significance for understanding the current development status of extended range electric vehicles in China and improving the technical level of the extended range strategy.
