Space-Time Model Adapted in Terms of Schuman Resonance Frequency Range

The frequency range extending into the Schuman resonance domain is considered for the model of absolute, values of ELF radio noise E_z-component. The article publication considers the space-time model of absolute levels E_z, which is the natural radio noise component, within 60 to 500 c/s range. At this [1] the world thunderstorm sites model is underlain by CCIR (International Radio Consultative Committee) map data analysed. Then, the summarized field absolute value' is calculated for the point of reception with the help of the effective current moments estimated of the world thunderstorm sites and their geographic coordinates represented in CCIR maps. These calculations are performed in terms of electrodynamic problem solution for the absolutely conductive spherical Earth with homogeneous anisotropic ionosphere taken in asymptotic approximation [3]. At this, the time dependence of the source current moment is expressed as exp(jωt) with invariable phase, which results in the field evidently expressed nodes and crests within the Schuman resonance range. At this, according to experimental evidences, the time averaging being 6 to 8 minutes, the standing wave nodes and crests are suppressed due to natural radio noise phase randomness. To make the calculated field stochastic, the summerized field is proposed to determine as summing up powers of direct and backward waves. Thus, for the space-time model [1] the calculative expression is proposed to use representing the field as a sum of direct and backward waves repeatedly running over the Earth [2]. This expression has been verified for its fitness within the Schuman resonance frequency range in relation to the results obtained with the help of exact formulae of zonal harmonios sum [3]. The criterion has been also determined to take into account the quantity of the world direct and backward waves. Their adequate correspondence has been testified to by the qualitative comparison between the spectrum characteristics calculated for the Schuman resonance eight modes, as well as their peak diurnal variations, and the experimental evidences obtained in Magadan, USSR, in summer. The available high latitude experimental evidences on the field spectrum characteristics absolute values (Barrow, USA) [6] have been accompanied by their theoretical calculations, which also verify the proposed representation of the calculated field at a considerable time of its averaging.
