Automated Network Topology Discovery and Secure Blockchain Storage via Machine Learning

An automated method has been created to discover network topology and safely store it on the blockchain via Machine Learning (ML). This utility consists of two separate modules. The first module implements a network topology inference algorithm—which uses cutting-edge approaches to infer network topology—even—when only partial information is provided. The second module focuses on blockchain integration—which uses a quick and energy-efficient consensus mechanism designed to securely store topology data. These two modules function separately but are intended to complement one another. The experimental results show that their combined functioning produces a precise reconstruction of network architecture that is resistant to tampering attempts. This dual-module technique ensures that network topologies are precisely mapped and securely stored—resulting in a robust solution for network management and security.
