Navigating and Transforming the Privacy and Security Challenges of EHRM Through BP Neural Network (BPNN)

Over the past few years, there has been a major shift in employee expectations because of growing digitalisation and remote work. The growing importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in human resources (HR) to create a better digital employee experience is highlighted by this study. This research describes of a number of common AI applications are given, including chatbots and virtual assistants for hiring, career development, and employee engagement. The study is focussing BP neural network algorithm and developing importance of Artificial Intelligence and EHRM Experience and enlist of the solution of data privacy and security issues in HRM. This study giving possible solution through the implementation of AI and BPNN Algorithms think about while implementing them within organisation, along with any associated risks and possible advantages using AI Algorithm using machine learning.
