The Construction of a Knowledge Graph for System Functional Specification Standards in the Field of Traditional Chinese Medicine

[Purpose] The objective of this paper is to investigate the development of a knowledge graph for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) system functional specification standards, with the aim of enhancing the readability and knowledge application efficiency of these standards. [Methods] Through an analysis of the file structure, the TCM information system functional specification standards are categorized into various levels according to their content. A standard knowledge graph is then constructed by employing a sequence of processes: standard knowledge modeling, extraction, alignment, and storage. [Results] A knowledge graph for TCM information system functional specification standards has been successfully developed, which clearly represents the structure, logic, and format of the standard documents, emphasizing the interconnectivity of knowledge units. [Conclusion] This research offers a preliminary exploration into the digitalization of TCM information standards. The creation of a standards knowledge graph facilitates the integration of standard knowledge and enhances the efficiency of standard utilization.
