Design and Fabrication of a Rogowski Coil to Measure Fast Current of MARX Generator

In this work, the analytical design, simulation, and experimental verification of a Rogowski coil for the diagnostic of a Marx Generator output current is presented. The proposed Rogowski coil is designed based on geometry constraint of the Marx Generator structure and its generated electrical pulse. Furthermore, the presented sensor will include geometrical design and frequency response analysis, to measure currents in $\text{kA}$ amplitude and MHz frequency range.
