Application of the Law of Propagation of Expanded Uncertainty to Measurement Data Processing at Calibration

The application of the law of propagation of expanded uncertainty to evaluate uncertainty at measuring instruments calibration is described. The mathematical models for the main calibration procedures are obtained. Uncertainty budgets have been developed that can be used to construct programs for computerization of the uncertainty evaluation.
