In-Depth ECG Signal Processing with Hardware Modules and Python Programming for Enhanced Engineering Education

This paper present a new exercise for students about basic processing of ECG signals. In the first part of exercise, the students will assembly a hardware module to measure ECG signals from human body and transmit them to computer. In the second part they will write a code in python to receive the ECG signal from hardware module, to perform its initial signal processing, and visualize the original and processed ECG signals.
