Toward the Future: Sustainable Dialectical Model of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer Product

This study investigates the challenges involved in the development of nitrogen and phosphorus products and their combined characteristics, using a hybrid approach to develop a comprehensive model. The model addresses environmental issues such as greenhouse gas emissions and soil eutrophication, alongside economic trade- offs like production costs and market demand. Significant evidence suggests that improving fertilizer efficiency can reduce environmental impacts while maintaining economic viability. These results contribute to the broader field of precision agriculture, highlighting pathways towards more sustainable agriculture practice. There are used the structured and unstructured interviews with 100 employees at different positions in the research from a big chemical company hierarchy with 1000 employees in order to collect information and define key stakeholders and contradictions between them. Each stakeholder in the fertilizer ecosystem plays a unique role, exerting distinct types of influences on the industry. Creating a diagram for the dialectical model in the area of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer production involves outlining the key elements and their interrelationships. Creating a roadmap for sustainable nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer use involves balancing several key elements: production methods, usage efficiency, environmental impact mitigation, and technological integration. Roadmap aims to address contradictions between them by fostering collaboration across industry, government, and research institutions, all while integrating sustainable practices into the entire lifecycle of fertilizer use.
