Research on Optimization of Indoor Visible Light Coverage Uniformity Based on EOBL-GA

In the Visible Light Communication (VLC) system, different light source layouts will significantly affect the uniformity of optical power and illumination on the communication plane. To address this problem, this paper proposes a genetic algorithm that introduces Elite Opposition-based Learning (EOBL) to optimize multiple parameters of the LED array. The simulation results show that after optimization, the power uniformity is 0.0167, the illumination uniformity ratio is 87.42%, and the coverage uniformity is improved.
