Modulation Voltage Swing Adaptive Microring Resonant Wavelength Locking Technique

Addressing the wavelength locking application scenario for massive-scale micro-ring modulator arrays, this paper proposes a high-speed signal modulation voltage swing adaptive wavelength locking technique for microring modulators. Through simulations and experimental analysis, the effect of modulation voltage swing on the curve of average optical power versus input wavelength is analyzed, and the modulation voltage swing adaptive wavelength locking method based on STM32 is experimentally validated.
