Abstract:
The human resources (HR) department is critical to an organization’s growth since it focuses on hiring talented workers for appropriate positions. Even today, few hiring managers utilize traditional manual resume screening procedures to narrow down candidates. This may be a time-consuming process that requires human involvement. Some significant firms may have adapted to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which screens CVs/resumes based on keywords. However, ATS is constantly evolving due to complex search methods. Semantic search is one example. Semantic search extends beyond basic keyword matching. It attempts to extract useful information by analyzing the context and understanding the intent behind the text. This system is capable of comprehending the contextual meaning of the text at 50-95% accuracy. Nonetheless, using Large Language Models (LLMs) can help improve the current systems’ effectiveness and reliability. The LLMs utilized in a system will be unconstrained because the LangChain framework allows the harmonious integration of many LLMs. As a result, the system's scalability and flexibility have been addressed. This strategy eliminates the time spent training and fine-tuning a model.
