Ranking Psychological Risk Factors Among College Students Using Interval-Valued Picture Fuzzy Set with Various Operators and MCDM Techniques

This research explores the prioritization of psychological risk factors among college students using interval-valued picture fuzzy set and Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) techniques, enhanced by aggregation operators. Interval-valued picture fuzzy sets are employed to capture the inherent uncertainty in psychological assessments, with multiple operators used to quantify this uncertainty. MCDM techniques are applied to rank risk factors based on multiple criteria, such as severity and impact, with aggregation operators utilized to synthesize these criteria into comprehensive rankings. Sensitivity analysis examines the stability of the rankings under varying conditions, and a comparative study evaluates the effectiveness of the proposed method against traditional approaches. The results provide a detailed understanding of psychological risks, facilitating targeted mental health interventions.
