Research on the Annual Replenishment and Coordinated Dispatching Strategy for Island Energy Systems Based on the Simulated Annealing Algorithm

The issue of energy deficit in island energy systems is addressed in this paper by proposing a new idea of supplying diesel from mainland. The models taking into account the fuel consumption of maritime transport ships, transportation costs, the fuel consumption of diesel engines, and the evaluation index for power outages, is established. By applying the simulated annealing algorithm to solve for the optimal sailing speed, it calculates the best delivery time and determines the annual replenishment and dispatching strategy for the island's integrated energy system. Finally, the superiority of the models proposed in this paper is validated through comparative case studies.
