3D Polymer Optical Waveguide-based Fan-in/out Device for Silicon Photonics Chips

To realize a subminiature low-loss adiabatic coupler to silicon photonics chips, we design a PMT connector- integrated polymer waveguide device with circular single- mode cores to fabricate it using the Mosquito method.
