Optimal Scheduling Study of Integrated Energy System Coupling Hydropower Output Fluctuation and Supply-Load Deviation Degree

In the operation of integrated energy system composed of cascaded hydropower, photovoltaic and wind power, how to make the cascaded hydropower in the inhibition of wind power, photovoltaic power volatility, to ensure that it can be smoothly connected to the grid at the same time can efficiently complete the grid assigned to the generation task is the key problem of the current integrated energy system optimal scheduling. In this context, this paper proposes a dual-objective optimal scheduling model of integrated energy system coupled with supply-load deviation and standard deviation of hydropower output, and adopts the improved MOPSO algorithm to avoid falling into the local optimal solution without changing the actual constraints of hydropower operation in view of the high dimensionality, multiple constraints and nonlinearities of the model. And a multi-energy complementary base in Southwest China as an example for simulation research, the results show that the proposed scheduling model can make the fluctuation of hydropower output reduce 39.7% to 54.3% with the small loss of source-load deviation, and ultimately make the average daily power generation efficiency of the cascaded hydropower increase by 9.59% to 13.2%, which is able to effectively seek equilibrium between fluctuation of hydropower output and supply-load deviation, and the solution results are more in line with the requirements of the integrated energy system scheduling.
