Study on the Electricity Cost of Power Users Considering Load Regulation Strategy under the Background of High Proportion of New Energy -- Taking West Inner Mongolia Region as an Example

Under the background of high proportion of new energy connected to the power grid, load adjustment through demand-side response is an important means to achieve power supply and demand balance. In this paper, an electricity cost analysis model of power users based on spot transaction clearing price and multi-scenario load clustering is established. This model is used to study the electricity cost of steel, electrolytic aluminum and calcium carbide industry in West Inner Mongolia region. The sensitivity of the change of user's load regulation amplitude to their own power consumption cost is studied, which provides reference and data support for the load regulation of power system and the user's participation in the demand-side response behavior.
