Identifying the Problem Structure. Part 2: Methods to be Used in Problem-solving Teams

The success of overcoming a problem depends on the quality of the task system into which it can be collectively transformed. Problem analysis includes many stages, within which different teams use different methods and their combinations. The paper examines the main methods that can be used to study a problem situation in real teams of specialists and presents the results of their analysis for the purpose of further development of methods and models for identifying the structure of problems.
