Study of Control Systems for a Two-Motor Overhead Crane Travel Mechanism

Two drives are usually installed on the mechanisms of moving the trolley with a large lifting capacity of the main drive. The main problem in electromechanical systems for these mechanisms is the misalignment of the drives. In the work, a study of control systems for these mechanisms was conducted, it was found that the use of a system with direct torque control allows for minimization of the misalignment of the trolley drives.
